Welcome to Hawks at Home: Yoga & Youth Mental Wellness, where movement meets wellness and young people build the tools to thrive.

Did you know that kids who understand their emotions and learn healthy ways to cope are often better prepared to handle challenges, build strong friendships, and succeed both in school and in life? Emotional wellness is just as important as physical health and learning those skills early can make a lifelong difference.

This interactive virtual module was created for youth ages 10–17 to help them grow stronger inside and out. Through energizing yoga flows, calming breathing exercises, and creative journaling prompts, participants will explore ways to manage stress, express emotions, and build confidence in a fun and engaging way. Perfect for schools, after-school programs, youth organizations, and families, this program offers easy, affordable activities that spark self-reflection, encourage honest conversations, and promote healthy habits for the mind and body.

Get ready to stretch, breathe, reflect, and discover your power.
